Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing time and shipments may be delayed.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 


 Incorrect orders

In the rare event that an item you received is incorrect [we truly apologize!] please contact our team through the Contact Us portal. Please provide our team with order number and with a photo of the incorrect item and our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner. 


NIVREK's online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Items must be sent back within 5 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
NIVREK is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
